The touch of satin on your neck is wonderful in all seasons! I hand braid the kumihimo cord (an ancient Japanese braiding technique) in luscious colors and finish them off with unique hand formed sterling silver hooks. But not until after I've strung a hand sculpted fine silver bead onto the cord for a subtle, petite focal point!

1.purples and greens with alexandrite gem in bead - approximately 24" long ( Alexandrite can appear purple or blue depending on light - in daylight it this stone has a beautiful lavender hue!)
2. greens and lavender with silver leaf texture bead - 19" long
3. olive green with longer textured silver bead - 18.5" long
Note that these cords hang a little shorter than their actual length because they are very light and the petite beads do not drag them down. Perfect for summer wear! And hand washable in sudsy cold water.
