We realize that purchasing items via the internet is not the same as buying something in person. sometimes colors and sizes are not as expected. Therefore if you decide within 2 days of receipt that the item is not suitable, you may return it in the original condition, unworn, at your expense for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit, minus shipping and transaction fees. Please contact us at linda@naturescapesstudio.com before returning the item.
DAMAGES/DEFECTS:
We stand behind the products we sell. All handcrafted items are constructed with quality materials and techniques to ensure you a superiour product. Should there be a manufacturing defect in any item we sell we will gladly repair it at no charge, or exchange it, within one year from the date of purchase.However small variances in items are the result of the handcrafting process and are not flaws.

REPAIRS:
Should you require repairs not due to defects, there will be a charge for materials and labor to be determined once the item is received and inspected. Damage to glass parts are not considered defects and replacement costs will apply. The minimum charge for repair work is $10.00 plus return shipping. Please contact us first!
