The PERFECT tool for keeping your metal clay syringes hydrated and ready to use. No more dried out clay or tipping over plastic cups of water! Field tested for over two years. Linda created a holder that will keep up to 4 syringes suspended in water. The lid keeps the water from evaporating out and the design facilitates keeping different size tips ready to use. The heavy glass jar means that the jar will not tip over during use. The Linda's Lid Metal clay Syringe Holder comes with a sheet of "syringe tips", instructions on the label and a template for an optional jar insert. Patent Pending.
Click on the images below to see my jar in use! I've had mine on my bench for 4 years now. I wouldn't work without it! If you don't currently keep 4 syringes ready to use, like I do, you can plug the empty holes with corks or tape to ensure the water won't evaoparte out the holes. This would be especially helpful if you live in a dry climate, or only keep one or 2 syringes in the jar. In my humid Ohio area I don't worry about the loss of water even after being away from the bench for a month! Note that a small amount of clay 'leakage' is a normal action from keeping the tip under water. The build up is so small that I don't worry about it. I clean it out every couple of years just to reclaim the clay.
Don't be fooled by imitations....get the best, get the original, get Linda's Lid!
